Return Period

Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligibility:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received to qualify for a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain goods like perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids cannot be returned.

Refund Process:

Once a return is received and inspected, customers will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed within a specific timeframe and credited back to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds:

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition or returned after 30 days.

Exchanges:

Kozzak Jeans only replaces items that are defective or damaged. Customers needing an exchange should contact the company directly for further instructions.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning items. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
